They easily take your money, but when they claim they can't verify documents, they gladly retain your funds while shutting down your account, citing "it's in the terms of usage." If a service isn't provided, just return the refund—it's that straightforward. Anything else feels like a scam and reflects bad business conduct. I understand now what others have warned about, even though I initially trusted you enough to give it a shot.
