Mike can sell. If you're looking for a course, this isn't a bad option; it could be a good option. Now, I wasn't looking for a course. I sell a lot of real estate - enough to make me one of the very top at a brokerage of over 100+, each market is different from the other - I wanted a coach who I could learn from by reading into my market with me. But I got a course - make sure what you're purchasing is what you're expecting to receive.
