I have ordered live food from several online platforms. Some have been completely disappointing, with issues like dead bugs, sluggish insects, and those meant to be silent that are anything but! A few were acceptable, but the delivery often fell short, with poor packaging and escapees ready to bolt at the slightest chance. However, my last four orders from a certain service have been fantastic. The insects are always healthy, active, and have great appetites, and they remain completely quiet. It's a relief! The delivery is consistently prompt, and I never have to worry about loose bugs trying to escape. Well done!

The insects were well packaged and secure. They were delivered quickly and in good health upon removal from their secure containers. I deducted a star because one box of springtails lacked a label, but thankfully, there was a delivery note. Be cautious with lob worms purchased for compost, as they cannot be released into the wild.
