My debit card works fine with other services. When I contacted support, they informed me of a filter allowing only three attempts every 24 hours, but even the representative couldn't tell me when it would reset. I'm really disappointed. I have a client's domain that is about to expire, and they can't assist me with renewing it. One support team member even left the chat without offering further help.
