Booked a day pass for a hotel- arrived at hotel to find they had no record of booking- despite email confirmation. Contacted resort pass, not particularly helpful although did eventually return our money- but no other compensation. I would suggest confirming directly with the hotel that your booking is ok.

Pool beds are really dirty, towels are threadbare, the tiles around the deck and pool area are broken and damaged, the whole place needs some looking after! Very cheap day pass and this is why.
The website poorly lists ages and how to adjust for family bookings. I noticed they had the wrong ages after booking, and customer service refused to help make an easy fix and payment. We were forced to cancel (they said no exceptions) and potentially lose our spot, as well as a discount we received. Incompetent and/or not helpful.
The app failed to display the prices for each calendar day for a day pass to the spa at the resort until I selected it and added it to my cart. This made it a guessing game until I was about to check out. It's quite inconvenient to have to choose the day, add it to the cart, and then see the price.
The platform is user-friendly and straightforward. I found answers to all my questions without much effort! The service provided us with a discount code for $20 off, which we could apply in addition to the resort's discounted rate. I highly recommend this service!
