Misleading product description

I bought three soccer jerseys for a total of $198 AUS in December 2024 as Christmas gifts, but they only arrived in February 2025. Contacting customer service has been a nightmare. One of the jerseys I received was not what was shown on the website. Now that I'm seeking a refund, no one is responding to my multiple messages. Very dissatisfied!

Awful experience

I spent over $150 on several kits five months ago, and not only were they not shipped, but I also can’t get a refund or even contact anyone after sending several emails. It's a scam; do not purchase from this site.

Scam site

This is a scam site. My son placed an order on 16/10/24 for a REAL Madrid shirt. Despite their website stating a 5-day shipping policy, it hadn’t shipped by 30/10. I emailed multiple times and received a response from a representative on 4/11 who promised to look into it, but after several follow-ups and messages on social media, I received no further replies. This site is taking advantage of kids. Please report if you also get scammed.

Avoid at all costs

I would give them negative stars if possible. I ordered a tracksuit and have been waiting for three months; they don’t even respond to emails. Avoid this site completely.
