Spelling errors on the t-shirt; customer service replaced it.

I bought a t-shirt for my granddaughter, a fan of a popular artist, and was quite disappointed with the quality. The shirt had numerous spelling mistakes—it’s truly embarrassing, and I can’t give it to her. I expect better quality control from a brand linked with the aquarium. You should review this product before selling it further. Although I couldn't provide pictures, the support team reached out, apologized for the issue, and informed me that a replacement shirt was on its way. The delivery was prompt, and I have no further complaints. Their customer service was excellent, so I’m updating my review to four stars.

Thrilled with the final product!

I’m thrilled with how my items turned out. It took me some time to find a trustworthy website, and I'm glad I chose this one. I ordered three sweatshirts featuring our cats, and they are perfect. Once the design was ready, I received a picture and could make as many revisions as needed. I made two changes, and they still arrived on time, even before Christmas. The embroidery looks just like our cats and won’t fade. The quality is impressive. I wish I could share a photo because they’re adorable! I can’t wait to order more!
