Review Time
Absolutely terrible. I never ever leave reviews, so if i do, its going to be a great experience or a terrible one. This was the latter. There are a ton of platforms like RevU that actually honor what they say, and if you have a problem will help you work through it. Not RevU. I never received my points for an offer, so I sent in a help ticket along with everything they asked for. I made sure to have it all, so i double and triple checked before i sent. Here is the crazy thing, when you send in a help ticket they make you checkmark a box that says if anyone sends in the wrong info or forgets something, the claim will be denied and they are never allowed to contact them about it again. Never. This happened to me because they said I cut off my receipt and I'm looking at it and its all there, but I cant go ask them about it because they denied the claim and I can no longer talk to them about it. What a joke. You cant have a conversation. What terrible customer service. I promise you every single person I know is about to put a review on here, facebook, instagram, and where ever else they have content. I don't ever leave reviews, but when I do I leave my mark.
