I strongly recommend staying away from this app. It’s plagued with glitches, and I’ve contacted the support team around 30 times in just three months. The app fails to progress, and the drills keep repeating. We’ve only had access to five levels for the past four months. The support team also doesn’t adequately address my inquiries; they only manually advance us, yet the issue persists.
I accidentally set up a login using my Apple ID, not realizing I couldn't access the app on other devices with different Apple accounts. A few straightforward emails to the tech team sorted everything out 👍. My son really enjoys the app.
This is an excellent product. Even better is the support team - we encountered a software issue, and the representative responded promptly, resolving it efficiently and with minimal hassle. I've been very impressed with their product support so far.
I’ve been emailing to address an issue with a bundle I purchased. It was supposed to include the app and three users for a year, but I can't access any of the lessons as they are all locked. We are currently unable to use the app without upgrading. I received a generic email with login steps, but it was unreadable.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to contact someone via email. If the product allowed uninterrupted training, it would be fantastic, but we've faced two issues in two weeks.

The boys started training after Christmas, and since the product arrived early, the customer service team checked in via email to ensure everything was fine, which was a thoughtful touch. Logging in and setting up player accounts was straightforward. The boys are happy and training hard; they’re already seeing some improvement, even though it’s still early days. There was a brief app blockage, but customer service resolved it quickly via email. The boys are recommending this product to all footballers.
