I enjoy your service

I enjoy your service, but the serious problem still arises almost every time I attempt to phonr my bankers in London in order to discuss my investment portfolio - VERY IMPORTANT you will agree. Their numbers are 0044 207 131 8172/4633 and 4821. Each attempt I am given the response - 'please enter the number you wish to dial' - then after the third time - 'goodbye'. What can you do please?
