Used their services, here are my views:
Pros:
1. They have experienced developers/engineers.
2. The vetting process is very thorough.
3. You can even hire from USA
Cons:
1. They are not cheap, mid to high.
2. They ask payment in advance, which might not work for some.
Index is a great company to work with. I've been approached by a recruter about a year ago and since then he's being relentless in trying to find me a great opportunity that's well aligned with my profile and the customers needs. I've managed to start working with Index at the beginning of 2026 and the whole team is being great so far. They're caring and supportive. Every question or problem is quickly assessed by your account manager and solutions are made available. Timesheet completion and invoice generation are easy to make. Payments are made as scheduled, so no unpleasant surprises. It's been a great experience so far and I hope to keep working with them!
