I ordered a Dryrobe from this company and within 24 hours of placing my order, I had an email from them asking me to let them know my height and weight as they’ve apparently had many people ordering the wrong size. I immediately got a reply to my response and I had indeed sized myself incorrectly. This level of service was outstanding. I have had to return clothing items bought online on numerous occasions because they do not fit, and I’ve NEVER before had a retailer contact me to ensure they get it right the first time. After being let down badly by another scooter supplier for my son’s 12th birthday I spoke with Barry at ripped knees and he totally restored my faith!
