Would give zero stars if possible

If I could, I would give zero stars. I bought two pairs of shorts for my husband that didn’t fit. It took two weeks of back-and-forth with the company before they agreed to a return and refund. I mailed the shorts back in original packaging three weeks ago and still haven’t received my money back, despite providing proof of mailing.

Do not purchase

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. The shorts are of terrible quality and shipped from China. The seller wanted me to return them to China for a full refund but later offered a 40% refund to keep them, increasing from an initial 20%. After that, they disappeared—no emails, no refund, nothing. Terrible product and worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY! NOT WORTH IT!

If I could give negative stars, I would! The customer service is horrendous! I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my order's email for ages, and it feels like they either don’t understand English or just don’t care. If I could cancel my order, I would, but I can't access it due to their poor service. Buyers, proceed with caution!

Terrible service - AVOID SCAM

The service is shocking. I waited longer than expected for my next-day delivery, and despite sending multiple emails, I received no response! They lure you in with attractive advertising, but don’t be fooled. You'll lose your money and never hear from them again. I will be reporting to my bank for a refund. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE + NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. AVOID!
