Disappointing experience with delayed order.

I placed an order for two music boxes in early October 2025, and as of December 16, 2025, my parcel still has not arrived. It seems unlikely that I will receive it now. Despite several attempts to contact the support team, I have not received any replies. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this service.

Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars. I ordered a Samurai advent calendar, which appeared to feature small Funko-type figures on the website, but I received only plastic 2D stickers.

Issues with third-party tracking system.

They utilize a third-party tracking system that does not correlate to an actual tracking number for the package. It was marked as delivered, but it never arrived, and we—along with the service—have no way to determine which company handled the delivery. This was supposed to be an international shipment, and they have been unresponsive, mainly sending automated replies. They are also unwilling to issue a refund.

Avoid this seller at all costs!

I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller! One star is too generous! I ordered a Phantom of the Opera Funko Pop, and it has supposedly been sitting in Birmingham for two months. Their only response has been, 'it’s been shipped, so you’ll have to wait!'

This service is a scam.

This service is a scam. I placed an order in late August, and now it’s mid-October with fake tracking showing my item has been in Edinburgh for five weeks. They take your money and send nothing. They are scammers.

Ordered in October, still no delivery in December.

I purchased two music boxes in early October 2025. As of December 16, 2025, my parcel has not arrived. It seems doubtful that it ever will. I have contacted the support team multiple times without receiving any replies. I highly recommend avoiding this service.

Not recommended.

I spent over $40 on ornaments, and when they arrived, they were severely damaged and appeared poorly made. While I have no issue with AI, the quality was lacking significantly. I reached out for a return but never received a response.

Scam alert - avoid at all costs!

I ordered an item in mid-August, and it’s now October. I emailed for help and received nothing but poorly written responses blaming a transit company. The tracking number provided was fake, and the PayPal reference also didn’t register. Avoid this scam at all costs!
