I used RL for my frosting

I used RL for my frosting, and the staff was amazingly helpful from start to finish! They answered all the questions I had, and made the shipping process easy! I truly recommend RL, especially if your if you have a small cottage food business and need frosting tested to test for Ph and aw levels.

Amazing customer service

I have worked with RL Labs over the years and they have always been wonderful. Everyone is knowledgeable in their field and will walk you through the process with patience. I always feel like they genuinely care. This last time I needed my sauce tested for an inspector and I needed a rush on it. The first person I spoke with was Alison, she immediately put me in touch with Maria. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Maria and how amazing her customer service is. I also would like to thank Sharon for helping get the certification out so quickly. You guys are great !!!
