It is easy to order on-line and pricing can be very good. The order is processed quickly and sent off quickly as well. If they have run out they will let you know. The goods are well packed as well. Very happy ordering from here.
Overall happy with the service and items I ordered being in good condition and good value. The only negative is the speed of delivery, whether this is to keep cost down or what I’m not sure but if you want a product for repeat use as I do with energy drinks, ensure you order your next batch allowing for delivery time which has been around a week or so from ordering. Otherwise no issues and will continue using thanks!
Thus review centers around 2 facts. Firstly I purchased a half case of red bull in assorted flavours and got a beaten up box with dinted cans and very little packing care. Were bot talking g about the odd bang.......these puppies would bot have made it to a shelf in a shop.Secondly the cans I received were from an offer pack and the cans display a recommended retail price which was not passed onto myself. This made them more expensive to buy using this method.Overall I have had to re pack the cans that were salvageable and I will be complaining to rm wholefoods in due course.
After a bad experience with another company, I was looking for a new provider for bulk buying. I found RM Foods Wholesale did the job — shipping isn’t the fastest (though in fairness, you do get a fair number of updates) and it did seem like my package had been knocked around a fair bit, but it’s with Evri so I’m not sure if that’s even within their control. Prices are reasonable and everything seems both legit and professional. Will be purchasing again.
Terrible Experience – Do NOT Trust RMFoodswholesale!I wish I had done more research before ordering from RMFoodswholesale. I placed an order for energy drinks, and after waiting for far too long, they never arrived. I contacted the delivery company and waited five days just for them to tell me that my package had most likely been lost in their network. They advised me to reach out to RMFoodswholesale, which I did immediately. But guess what? I waited, and waited, and heard nothing. Absolutely no response from them.After realizing I wasn’t getting any help, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback through PayPal. Thankfully, I got my money back within two days, but that’s when I realized I wasn’t the only one having issues. RMFoodswholesale is a scam! If they’re not sending out orders, they’re clearly playing the system to avoid refunding customers.To top it off, I noticed a bunch of recent 5-star reviews – probably fake – just to cover up their poor reputation. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I’ll be sticking with more trustworthy vendors from now on.Avoid RMFoodswholesale at all costs!
