There have been uncomfortable situations, such as management conversing in a different language in front of guests, which led to a negative experience. When I raised concerns, I was wrongfully terminated. If you engage with this company, be wary of unexpected add-ons to your account without your consent. They fail to properly review contracts, often signing without proper explanation. My experience here revealed a pattern of untrustworthy and unprofessional behavior. Management directed me to sign guests up for services that were not available in their areas, despite clear indications in the system. They would instruct me to provide guest information for unauthorized access to accounts. Their lack of integrity is alarming. Additionally, I was dismissed just before a personal family event, despite the company being aware of it from the start of my employment. They also did not compensate me for my leave.
