The Website was very easy to use

The Website was very easy to use. They answered all of my questions. Most important they did exactly what they said they would do. Pickup was on time.

Good overall

Service on my end was good. It may have been outside of your control but the car was in decent shape and I think could have been sold at auction at a higher price, for the benefit of the charity.Thank you.

Straight Forward Transaction

I called; they came and took away 2 cars. Fast, expedient. Good communication, they did exactly what they said they would. Donation and tax information followed as promised. All above board. I would recommend them and use them again.
