DO NOT BIY CLOTHES FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered 8 jackets for my team at work for Christmas. It appeared to be a Canadian website and had free shipping in Canada. Right after I made the order I started reading the site and realized the photos seemed super fake and everything didn’t seem legit. I saw their headquarters are in Hong Kong so I instantly tried to cancel my order. I sent multiple emails right after I purchased and I received automated emails back saying that the order was already in transit. I cancelled my credit card but it was too late and they didn’t withdraw the funds until almost a month later on Christmas Eve! I didn’t receive the jackets until a month later and the sizes and quality were all wrong. I luckily got a refund with my credit card company and they are investigating.
This company in effect is a criminal organization - the delivery was delayed by over 2 months and then when it arrived the products (2) were so substandard as to be laughable. No manufacturer labels or even care labels in either item. TRY TO RETURN THE ITEMS. WHAT A JOKE - AT MY COST!! ESTIMATED COST TO RETURN FOR A LIGHT WEIGHT JACKET AND SWEATER WAS 433.00 CAD ARE YOU KIDDING ME -

Avoid this seller at all costs. My experience was a disaster. I ordered a coat and T-shirts for my son for the holidays. The white T-shirts arrived stained and were poorly made, lacking labels, and the sizing was entirely incorrect. The winter coat was just a shell with a very thin lining, not suitable for winter at all. The replacement coat they provided was also mis-sized, with sleeves that barely reached my son's elbows and it did not resemble the advertised product. Overall, it felt like low-quality merchandise.

Extremely disappointed with this company, which falsely claims to be Canadian. They lack a return policy, forcing customers to cover return shipping costs, which can be quite high (around 100-150). Additionally, the sizing is inaccurate. Exercise caution when dealing with them.
This service is misleading. The website claims to be Canadian, but it is actually based in China. They state that shipping takes 3-7 days, but I received my order after 30 days. The quality of the material is very poor and not as described. They are refusing to issue a full refund, even though the shipping was delayed. The cost to ship back to the overseas location is 70% of the item's price. I wish I had recognized the issues earlier. PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE. I have submitted a complaint to the appropriate authorities.
I ordered with the expectation of a sizing difference and made adjustments accordingly, but it was still wrong. The return policy is a joke; I had to take photos to prove the condition they arrived in. On top of that, I had to purchase a shipping label and cover the shipping costs. This experience was horrible. Save your money and shop at a local men's store instead; you might pay a bit more, but the quality is far superior, as the items I received were thinner than a sock.
Complete scam, I've had experiences just like others; I'd give them a 0 if that was an option, after numerous back-and-forths with them. I did the same as mentioned in another review which was quite helpful: The website is misleading, using a ".ca" domain while the business is based in another country. The return period is 30 days from purchase/receipt, but the product takes a long time to arrive. The items you receive are made of cheap materials, with sizes and tags removed, and the fabric doesn't match the description.

The alarming part is that according to their return policy, they can refuse returns based on any of the issues I mentioned. If I attempt to return it, they'll inspect the items and claim, "Oh, the customer removed our tags and didn't use the original packaging," even though there was no original packaging or tags to begin with! To avoid this situation, don't shop at this seller, but if you've already made a purchase and are within the 30-day return window, act quickly! Follow these steps right away: 1. Contact the seller via their email or find the contact link on their website. 2. Document your issue with the seller, keeping records/screenshots of all communications. You'll want to see if they attempt to resolve the issue; if not resolved in 10 days, report them immediately. Note the seller's alias, which should be found near the end of their email. Contact your bank's fraud department, which operates 24/7. Explain your experience in detail (they record all calls!). 4. When asked what actions you're willing to take, say, "Thank you for your help. Please assist me in filing a chargeback." 5. Share your records of interactions with the seller with your bank’s fraud team (photos, screenshots, notes, receipts). You should receive your refund within 30-40 days, which is much better than dealing with the costly return label and shipping. Please write a detailed review of your experience with relevant authorities and communities. Sharing will help others, just as I have done.
Like many who bought without checking reviews, I fell into the same trap. They pose as Canadian representatives with names like Amanda or Lisa, but they are actually deceitful online predators. What kind of operation is this? It's essential to report this scam to the appropriate authorities. We need to put an end to these dishonest practices.
