I’ve been trying to get the information…

I’ve been trying to get the information from Rock-Oka to process a return and customer service has not gotten back to me. It’s ridiculous! This same terrible approach was used when I used the online assistant to ask questions regarding the things I purchased online. I got exactly zero responses to all of my questions and like a fool I proceeded forward and purchased the items anyway. Now I can’t return them. Deplorable…
