The exchange rates are high the company provides no proper receipts or notifications of delivery and communication are poor. The app is o early complicated and unreliable.
Generally, they are a very good service and I will continue to use Rocket Remit.They lost a star because over the last 6 months, their server has been down several times and I was unable to send funds to recipients in Africa, and these funds were time critical. The outage caused a lot of pain to several recipients. Some even went hungry for 3 to 4 days.Although outages with Rocket Remit have been extremely rare, the recent outages were never adequately explained and it has introduced some nervousness into my continuing to use them.AA
