Review Time
I have had my Bullionvault account for over 10 years and have never had a problem with it that a quick conversation with support could not resolve. Those were just teething pains. It has been an excellent experience throughout with them. Highly convenient and the app works wonderfully and swiftly.
I signed up on Feb 01, it is now Feb 18 and haven't yet been validated, every time I send all required docs, I wait for a week and then they come up with something missing, I send them a transfer statement, then they require an account statement, I sent them an account statement, I send them proof of address, they require an electricity or internet bill specifically, how are the following documents are still not enough for a validation? I already sent you the following all with the SAME address: an ID, a driver's license, two month's salary slips, a certificate from my professional association with my address, Bullionvault transaction confirmation from the bank with my address, Account statement from the bank with my address, internet bill with my address.
Should I also attach a DNA scan to access the funds I personally put there?
