I then tried to send money.I tried a number of times.Your system did not allow and gave no indication as to the issue.I contacted you and was advised to try later in the afternoon. This should have been communicated before any transaction was attempted.Telling customers is paramount to addressing problems.I would hope you learn from this and dont repeat.
