Review Time
After 11 days from my order, it finally shipped. The website claims that it would ship within 1-2 business days and then arrive in 5-10 because I’m in the US, it should have come from California. Instead, it’s still waiting to depart China. Have requested a full refund based on misleading information and belief that item won’t actually arrive. *UPDATE Rokrgeek responded that they had to fulfill out of their China warehouse because the item wasn't in stock in CA. However there is no mention of the China warehouse on the website. Item was ordered on 12/3/24 and did not arrive to me until 12/28/24. Instructions all in Chinese. So basically this is just another Chinese company misleading customers. Never again.
