Do Not Buy ROKR. Order place, no product sent. Thieves!I placed my order for two puzzles in November 2024. The day I placed my order the money came off of my credit card. I received no confirmation of my order for 3 days. After 30 days they sent me a useless tracking number that says the label has been created but the shipper (UPS) has not received the package yet. What a load of baloney! As of today it has been almost 60 days. The tracking still reports that the package has not been received. I am resigned to the fact that this company is bogus and has stolen my money. Very disappointed. Reporting them to BBB and every other agency I can find.
I would rate them a 0 if possible. The worst customer service ever. I purchased a product brand new and they will not assist with a missing piece that never came in the box. I have made plenty of these but never this brand. Rolife is far superior to this company they sent me a missing piece right away. I am so upset the set is garbage now. $60 down the drain.

Although I anticipated potential delays during the peak season, my Barrett model arrived punctually. I am thoroughly impressed with the efficient logistics management, which has significantly bolstered my confidence in this brand. The only point of dissatisfaction was the slightly deformed outer packaging of the product. However, the components inside remained undamaged.
I purchased two manta ray metal 3d models on November 11th it is now January 3rd and still never received my order. Every rime i contact their customer service they have an excuse about my order status. I asked for a refund and they said they would only return $10 out of a $899 order. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card with capital one to get my money back. This site is a scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I placed an order for Christmas! Took my money, but never received the merchandise. So I am out a gift as well as money right now. I made a few attempts to contact the company, via email because that is the only option. Would not recommend this company!
I’d leave zero stars if possible. At this point I just want my money back. I spent the better part of $150 and have nothing to show for it. No tracking number of value, and certainly no gift to mail to the grand children. They GUARANTEED shipping FROM the USA and 3-days. It’s all a joke. A way to get people to buy their products and who knows if they will ship them. It’s 2 weeks on Sunday. Still nothing. On Monday I will contact my bank. ShopPay is useless and now claims no connection to RokrGreek!Don’t buy from them!
