Disappointing quality for a toddler bed. Many slats have unsightly marks, and they are not sanded, leaving rough edges that can shed wood chips. This is not safe for a toddler bed. Additionally, transport was repeatedly delayed, forcing me to cancel plans last minute. The worst part is the customer service has not responded to my inquiries about a return or replacement for the faulty items.
I ordered a toddler house bed for my son, and the entire process was fantastic! Communication was clear, and the bed arrived ahead of schedule! Assembly was simple, and everything fit perfectly. I had a minor question about slat spacing, and the support team responded quickly with helpful photos. Truly excellent service and quality. Highly recommend!
I’m very surprised that this company has good reviews. I ordered a house bed almost 1 month ago with the priority delivery option and they somehow can’t deliver it and they don’t know why. The customer service team keeps saying they will get in touch with their warehouse team however they also don’t know the exact reason. Absolutely worst service, I higly recommend to stay away from this company .
Bought a radiator cover and the stairway panelling kit. Everything was perfect on arrival and the instructions were clear to follow. Additionally the panelling kit contained all equipment needed to complete the install. Would definitely recommend
