They don't deliver when they say they are going to deliver. My order was supposed to be delivered between 9 am to 11 am, now it's supposedly going to be delivered at 1 pm, 1 pm, 1 pm!!!!! That's unacceptable!!

What behavior? They didn’t specify what I did wrong. I was trying to manage multiple deliveries but was offered jobs too far away. If I didn’t accept, I faced penalties. I tried my best to communicate with customers for replacements, but often they didn’t respond, which led to delays. It’s frustrating to be penalized for circumstances beyond my control. I put my heart into my work, and now I feel unjustly treated.

Frustrating Delivery Experience

I placed an order at 9 AM for delivery by 11 AM. However, the delivery time kept getting delayed every hour until the store closed. These items were Christmas gifts and food for the holiday. This was the second time in two days that this happened. It’s disappointing that after waiting for 10 hours, I was informed they couldn't fulfill the order and it was too late to find alternatives.

The service is disappointing! No shopper picked up my order, which completely defeats the purpose of getting groceries delivered on time.

Need better communication!

Usually, I have no issues with my orders, especially since they added tracking. My problem arises during delays, as there’s no explanation. I’m left waiting with no idea why my order has been delayed twice. A simple note explaining the reason, like weather or high demand, would make a big difference. It’s the uncertainty that drives me crazy!
