I wholeheartedly recommend Rosemond Services!! I was able to organise two last minute professional cleans with very little notice and the Rosemond team were so responsive, helpful and professional. The clean itself though, was 10/10 quality, the attention to detail and the quality of work is out of this world. I was really pleasantly surprised with the before/after impacts of the clean.
Great service from Rosemond Services. I reached out to schedule my cleaning and the communication was fantastic. Replys to my questions were very prompt and the team was open to helping me with what I needed. They worked around my schedule and the fact that I was going to be out of town. The cleaning was very thorough, as were the post-cleaning photos. Would highly recommend this service company.
Amazing service , my house was left in a complete state from previous tenant with mess everywhere . They resolved it no problem. After looking at there work my house looked like the first time I bought it. There service is brilliant I highly reccomend them to all my friends
We used the end of tenancy service and was really disappointed by the level of service.The cleaners did not provide a service in the level required and refused to come back to fix the issues that were reported by the agency.The rate they were charging was significantly higher compared to market pricing and we ended paying additional 200 GB to another cleaning company to fixes all outstanding issues. I will definitely not recommend anyone to use them if they are working with an agency. Waste if time and money.
