Recently, I found it malfunctioning and leaking steam. When I reached out for support, they informed me of a leak and instructed me to send it for repairs at my own expense, which is around $250 each way, plus $75 per hour for labor, not including parts. The repair could take over two hours. The only alternative is to buy a new machine. After spending $2,000, you're left with no options if it breaks down. Save your money and opt for a more reputable brand that offers accessible repair services.
