GORGEOUS, great customer service

The wall itself is absolutely GORGEOUS and well made. The only negative is that it took a while to be delivered, but that makes sense given the production time and that it was coming from out of the US. Their customer service team was very quick to reply to any questions I had. I will definitely keep them in mind if I choose to order another flower wall!

Good quality, shipping has issues …

The Greenery wall is great and good quality and they are quick to respond to emails. I’m giving it 3 stars for the shipping, the amount of time they quote is not accurate. I received my wall late and have to cancel on a client.

Audrey 2023 Arch

We received the Audrey 2023 arch this week. Disappointing is an understatement. This arch looks nothing like the arch you advertise. I now need to purchase flowers myself thus spending more money and time trying to fix this arch. I understand that these products take a long time to create, however then you should not continuously advertise sales so that your staff cannot keep up with the demand and in exchange compromise the quality.
