I placed an order on 18/12 expecting delivery by Christmas, but it's still processing. I've received no response to my refund request. The delivery hasn't happened, and customer support is lacking. I would recommend avoiding this service!
I'm very let down by the customer service. I ordered 12 bowls on 14.12.25, which was supposed to guarantee Christmas delivery according to their website. By the 22nd, my order was still processing. I called customer service and received an automated reply stating that orders before the 17th were guaranteed. I expected an update, but nothing happened. After getting through to a representative, she promised to provide information but never followed up. I called back only to find they had closed for the holiday until January 5th. No updates or communication. Their promises are worthless, and they clearly do not value their customers.
I ordered three teacups and saucers but received them wrapped only in paper, without proper packaging. Given the price and reputation of the brand, this is extremely disappointing. I can't gift these items in this condition; they appear defective or low-quality. I will not shop here again and expect a clear explanation and compensation for this poor experience.

I found a discount on dinner sets and placed an order, only to have it canceled due to a pricing error. This is unacceptable; once a price is advertised, the company should honor it.
