Dana is a delight! She is super engaging, enthusiastic, and happily helps us all with the language and the culture. Her pace is great. We move swiftly but not so fast that the class gets lost. There are always a couple of students in each class that don't really like to participate, but in Dana's class, everyone DOES! She wills us to get involve,d and I am here for it! Kudos!
This experience is incredibly engaging, and we continuously discover new information. I appreciate that we not only learn the language but also gain insights about the region. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone eager to learn a new language.
The course starts at a slow pace with the alphabet, yet within weeks, it provides excellent group guidance from the instructor. The accompanying textbook is well-structured and prepares you effectively for each week.
This course has been incredibly positive. The instructor is patient and encouraging. Although I wasn't completely new to the language, each week I learned something new and felt more confident in my speaking and reading abilities. Initially, I enrolled in the first level just to try it out, but I was so impressed that I signed up for the certificate program for levels 1-3, and I am likely to add levels 4-6 once I finish these three.
I am very satisfied with my experience. The instructor is excellent and employs effective teaching methods. I enjoy using the AI tool, which has significantly improved my spelling and helped me develop a good accent. I receive many compliments from family members about this. Teaching the accent alongside the language is a great approach. My main suggestion is to enhance the connection between the flashcards and classroom activities. I enjoy the flashcards, but there could be better integration. Additionally, having a list of online resources would be beneficial. For instance, I've discovered several Hebrew-language cooking channels that, although I don't fully understand, have helped me learn new vocabulary. Partnering with existing content creators could make the course more engaging and enjoyable.
