Review Time
It has asked for a review and for me to share experiences multiple times. I keep sending a message saying I can't in good conscience give a good review. Today I decided to be upfront about this terrible software. It glitches constantly. It will corrupt files you're working on. It will randomly color things and delete entire pieces or your art even if you aren't using tools or shortcuts to do those things. This is the worst experience I've had. The price for this device is ridiculous. I don't know how why anyone would use it unless they had absolutely no other options and even then it will make you just give up out of frustration. I've taken classes and built a computer for this and it still won't just function.
Extremely disappointing experience! From the moment I received the card reader, it failed to charge fully or read cards. Instead of offering a replacement, I had to make numerous trips to the bank to attempt to resolve the issue, which was inconvenient and time-consuming, yielding no results. Interactions with customer service were frustrating and unproductive, as no one could resolve the problem. This situation created additional complications with my business account and irritated some employees at the bank, who openly expressed their frustration and suggested I could simply close my account. After nearly three months, I've given up on the card reader and am planning to move my business to a different bank.
This software has so much potential, if it was not for it being so glitching and slow to respond at times. Support is quick to respond, but there is very rarely a solution to the problems.Very frustrating and disappointing.
