I purchased a shirt that started falling apart after washing it. It obviously can’t be resold yet they refuse to take it back and I can’t get my money back. What a ripoff! They are not cheap yet the quality of this shirt is poor and I’m stuck with it.
I ordered two jumpers from an online store on 2 January 2026, but on 10 January 2026, I received a pair of pants instead of what I ordered. That same day, I reached out to the support team and sent photos of the parcel and the pants I received, seeking help to resolve the issue. On 14 January, I was informed they had footage showing the correct items were sent and claimed that I had signed for the delivery. Consequently, they stated that the case would be closed without any further investigation or resolution. Since I did not receive the items I paid for, I escalated the issue through my payment provider. After reviewing the situation, I successfully obtained a refund through a chargeback. This experience was frustrating and stressful, especially due to the unwillingness to adequately address a clear delivery error.
I strongly advise against buying online as it seems that someone at the warehouse may be taking items from orders. This is the second time I've received a package with missing items, yet customer service insists everything was included. It wasn't... this has been a complete waste of time.

I recommend only shopping in-store. Their online shop is very disappointing, and the customer service is not up to par. At one point, I even questioned if I was being scammed since their phone lines were down, and their email stated they only assist US customers, despite my inquiry being sent to a general email found on their UK site during business hours. Their WhatsApp support is also quite unprofessional, and the conflicting information from them and the delivery service only adds to the confusion. Overall, a very concerning experience.
The delivery service they use is extremely unreliable, and it's frustrating that they continue to partner with them. My items have not been delivered for over a week, and there has been no attempt to resolve this. The reviews here clearly show how bad this delivery service is. Due to this experience, I will no longer be ordering from them, as they won't deliver when I'm home and refuse to leave the package with a neighbor.
I had them send my Secret Santa package to a post office as requested, but when I went to pick it up, there was no pickup code available. After leaving the store, I received an email stating they were taking the package back and that I would get a refund. This company has been utterly unhelpful. I ordered two weeks in advance, it took a week to arrive, and now I'm left with little time to find a replacement for my Secret Santa.
