The proofing process was great, they had the artwork ready to review the same day and I originally ordered my portrait in the Duchess costume, but decided to change it to the Queen. They worked with me until I was happy and then sent it to print. It turned out great and I love looking at it on my wall. It's a great conversation piece for guests and everyone gets a kick out of it.
