Review Time
Toozey does not communicate. I gave a bad review because I had been charged but nothing had shipped as far as I knew. They indicated they would email when my order shipped. There never was any tracking, no response via email, and there is no existing phone number in the US. I finally received my product 15 days after I ordered so I'm moving them up to 3 stars only because I finally received my order.
Placed order on Sept. 4th, 2025. According to the website, it would have been shipped from a US facility. No email updates, tracking link doesn't work as of Sept 14th. Emailed for customer service on the 14th. Will update if a response is ever received.
I never received any communication from the company. When I asked about my order. I reached out many times. Trying any of the ways to try to get in touch with them. I didn’t hear anything back no matter which option I tried. The online chat was always offline. And it always said the last time it was active was 01/24/2025. I tried this option too. I still haven’t heard anything.
Worst customer service ever. I tried to reach them four times through the email address listed and received no replies whatsoever. Do NOT buy anything from this company!! Website says I can return the item within 14 days but there is no return address listed and the only way to contact is by email that no one responds to. Do not trust this company!!
