Delivery was delayed for around 3 months.The main issue: the invoice they provided was not accepted by Amazon for brand approval because they are not an authorized distributor. Before purchase, they assured me they were authorized, but this was not true.After Amazon rejected the invoice, I requested either a corrected invoice/authorization letter or a refund. Unfortunately, Royal Distributor has stopped responding and has not offered a solution.I have kept all evidence, including the invoice, proof of payment, and communication. This experience has caused me serious business loss.⚠️ Advice to other buyers: Be very cautious and verify authorization before placing any order.”
