RDS Plumbing & Heating. The response to my initial call was prompt. Appointment made and Ryan phoned me when he was on his way to our house and he arrived on time. Problems with our boiler were fixed at the time of initial visit and only call out fee charged. Ryan was a very pleasant and efficient heating engineer. Excellent service. Would recommend. Ryan is very sociable and courteous and he is also very efficient and knowledgeable. He rectified the fault in our boiler and did a thorough system check and made suggestions on future work should it be necessary. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ryan.
Upgrade Central heating systemThe service, from the initial visit to completion of the work was first class. We were impressed by the professionalism of the inspection and suggestions and advice given. The quote was professionally produced and stated clearly what we required. The price for the work was about what we expected.The engineers did their best to keep our home clean and with a minimum of disruption to our living area. Problems were discussed and resolved with our agreement. Altogether a very happy experience. We did not feel we had been invaded by workmen!
We have used RSD heating before, and Ryan never fails to offer courteous, reliable service. He responds quickly, and always talks you through the problem, explaining what needs to be done to remedy it. He is professional and just the person you need when your heating or hot water goes wrong!
New to the area, our boiler programmer failed and left us with no heating and hot water. Ryan called the same day and replaced it. Arrived on time, cheerful and knowledgable. First class service, when others were quoting a wait of up to 3-4 days. Will certainly use again when boiler service due.
Ryan did a fantastic job of repairing my parents antiquated heating system. He always explained what he was doing and why he was doing it which I particularly appreciated. He also gave useful advice on any potential follow up action. He was courteous at all times and cleaned up perfectly. All for a great price. Highly recommended!
