I tried rugiet and I noticed that it was making me nauseous and dizzy headache after an hour or so. Then I tried to take again after three days and drank water with it thinking it would help but the nausea was still happening, a few more days I tried eating some food with it but did not help. So I tried to get in contacted the company and their reply was we can’t refund the you any money. So be careful with this company.

Sadly, this product wasn't effective for me.

I might be an exception, but this product didn't produce any results for me. I began with the lowest dosage and saw no change. After increasing to the maximum dose (which was rather expensive), I still felt no effects. I'm quite disappointed given the cost.

The product is quite effective

The product is quite effective, and the ordering process is user-friendly. I had some trouble pausing the subscription online, but an email led to a quick and helpful reply. I found that half a dose was adequate.
