Review Time
I was promised 10% promotion discount in November and December 2025. I assumed i got it till I looked at my account. I was charged full price. After I complained I was given the discounts for last 2 months for January order which is fine. I see there is another 10% promotion discount for January. I was told I can't get it. So it's my fault that Rugiet doesn't know how to apply discounts when promised to a regular prescribed customer. I'm pissed off. Its my fault! How ridiculous, RO has same or close to similar product and has same effect as Rugiet and is cheaper. I have no complaints about the product but the management and billing sucks as of today. I will see if on January 20,2026 will be my last prescription!
This company is hard to do business with. In addition to all the reviews saying the products don't work. In my case it was the Rugiet internal staff making excuses about mistakes and blaming me for their errors. I HAVE CANCELLED FURTHER ORDERS.
Perhaps due to time zone changes… Responses seemed to be a little slow by email. A more immediate chat option would be much more beneficial. Also, updating the status of the order in the site would prevent much unnecessary confusion! The reason there was an issue, is because the status was not updated. If this were fixed, things would improve drastically. Thank you for all your assistance that you did provide. I look forward to trying the product soon. Also, second day shipping should be “second day shipping“. Not four day.
