The rug is as described - very soft & well made with a neutral color & design. However, it is dark so I haven't decided if I'm going to keep it. I'm giving a 4-star rating because the rug wasn't shipped in the 24 hrs advertised. It took several days but came very well packaged & laid out with no wrinkles.
I’m really cross about the returns procedure. The rug I purchased was a good rug but the wrong colour - brighter than the pictures but that’s the trouble with online. On generating the return/refund I realised it was up to me to source my courier. A heavy rug, rolled up as per instructions was not accepted by many couriers, as being oversized. I’m getting quotes of over £30 to return the item by the few couriers that will carry it. This is totally unfair. I would much rather pay for delivery and have a free return or alternatively a return label generated by the company. I’m now stuck with a rug I don’t want, because I resent shelling out over £30 and getting nothing in return. Here’s hoping I can flog it on EBay. Badly done Rugs-Direct
