The team Sorted me out big time and dropped the package out of hours to make sure it got to me in time! They didn’t have to go out of their way for me but they did 10/10 customer care!!

Excellent gait service. Arrived a bit early and was seen straight away. After a quick analysis, I got to try 6 pairs of trainers before deciding. Perfect analysis!

I had a great experience at RunActive. I had a Gait Analysis at the Chelmsford store and they were so attentive and helpful, gave me great advice tailored to my specific needs and goals, and they suggested quite a few shoes to try out before deciding on a pair! I have since ran in my NB 860s and they are sooo comfortable and supportive for my feet. Thank you!
