Review Time
I have been a loyal user of the Skygolf caddie for longer than I can remember. Some of my recent syncing issues were quickly resolved (5 stars). The product has always served it's purpose very well and at courses across the country (5 stars again). But now I am unable to re-charge my caddie. It could be the charging port or the cable. So I started by ordering the cable but received the wrong one. Now I find that the one I need is out of stock and I cannot find it anywhere. I use(ed) my caddie every week and now it just sits there. I have the SX 500. Whats the deal, Skygolf?
I use the SkyCaddie watch 3 or 4 times a week and it has proved helpful on multiple occasions. The only difficulty I've had is trying to renew my membership and have it show on my watch. Just did it now and I'm not sure it will work. Very complicated.
I needed help with my Skycaddie program. I am not a computer expert and I drove to Madison for help with the program in my Skycaddie. I had not played in months due to transplant surgery. When I started back playing recently, my Caddie was messed up. The people in the store were extremely helpful in getting me on track and I appreciated their attitude and assistance. The whole process took about 30 minutes. Very satisfied.
Renewed annual membership. Payment done in USD but was returned as I reside in South Africa and account is registered in South Africa. Advised to use ZAR for renewal but ZAR is not an option to make payment. Still haven't renewed my membership.Tried the toll free number 08008830505 from South Africa but does not work. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Four stars because the Chat does not work trying to explain an issue, waiting for a response, and going back and forth with questions where a phone call would resolve the issue in less than half the time. The process starts over again when you receive additional emails previously not explained and a wrong renewed expiration date. Found out you cannot renew early without losing the remaining membership time...it is not added to the new membership. Will try again when the membership has expired.
