Absolutely no problem with the way our order was actioned or with the goods when we received them.I would have given 5 stars but the GLS delivery was hopeless. I arranged for the delivery to be made to a specific Parcel Store which was confirmed by GLS who then tried on 2 occasions to deliver to my home address before eventually delivering to a completely different Parcel Store.Whilst Russells cant be responsible for GLS, perhaps they should consider using more efficient delivery companies.
The service from Russell's is wonderful , a rapid delivery time from point of order. We've never had any breakages the team pack everything so well. The price point is good compared to other sites, definitely my go to store for Brit specialities ............ I only lament that chilled goods cannot be delivered but that is not a big deal and I do understand why..........Thank You
