We have often been satisfied with Burger's products, but the last order was a big disappointment. The flavor is not the same, and it appears the quality has decreased. The Easter ham we loved so much previously tasted funny this time. Additionally, the food was barely cold, despite being on the porch for only a couple of hours before we unpacked it. It is disappointing to see a lack of consistency when we have previously trusted and enjoyed this company.
The process of ordering and shipping for Thanksgiving was a hassle. There were several shipping options, which was highly confusing, and the food was delivered late and not as fresh as was expected. Our family members and friends were not excited.
