Having had a small issue with the return of some ski goggles, I ended up speaking to James, one of the Directors. He is clearly passionate about his business and has a very customer-centric perspective. Not only did he put the situation right immediately, but managed to sell me a top-of-the-range helmet at the same time. This is truly an impressive company and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
They had the exact pair of goggles I wanted in stock, they were £40.00 cheaper than the pair I saw in a shop which didn’t have the colour or size I wanted.
