This time there was a minor issue with one of the products so I contacted customer service. They handled it professionally and quickly and I received a replacement without any hassle. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and stand behind their products. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Their robes are all style, no substance. It’s obvious what this company do- purchase poor quality robes, package and embroider well, but it’s quality that matters so they’ve got their priorities wrong. Robe Arrived beautifully packaged and scented, but quality very poor, ripped apart at the seams when first tried on; the robe itself is very thin and fabric is substandard. I’ve had to chase for a refund , using multiple platforms. They responded promptly to my first email but then ignored further emails. I had to then send them a direct message on Instagram to which they responded and said they have processed a refund and money should be in my account in a few days time-I am still waiting. Do not purchase!
Very good client service ! Order was delayed because of Black Friday, but after waiting for a week, I reached out to the client service to get help to receive my package before the next friday (the order was a wedding gift and the wedding was the following Saturday), and they were very nice, made it possible and I got the package on time.
Very satisfied with Le Olive! I’ve ordered personalized items here several times before and always received them quickly and neatly. This time, I ordered a personalized stuffed animal, but it was coming apart a little in a few places. I sent an email with photos, and they responded quickly and sent me a new one! I’ll definitely be ordering again. 🌸
I ordered a teddy bag for my daughter. I did that for my son 3 years ago and I was really happy with it. This time is no exception 😉Fast delivery and nice bags for kids ! One thing though: it was supposed to have a small pocket on one of the sides to put a bottle (for ex) but it wasn’t the case this time. So, I was a bit surprised as it was visible in the picture on the website.
At first my husband ordered me a black pajama set for christmas and it arrived damaged and the offered me to replace it. The new product was also awful quality and arrived later than promised. After asking for full refund they just offered me a gift card which i now decided to use to order my wedding set in different color in hope i would be able to use it. After opening the order i was in complete shock. White set had weird blue tint marks everywhere, in front of the blouse and inside also in pants… how can someone sent out a product like this.. HORRIBLE!!!
