One pair of glasses was delivered as expected - good value relative to other suppliers, and on time. RxSport contacted me about a second pair, stating they had failed a quality check and so could not be dispatched. Being the only pair available, they refunded my money instantly. First, I appreciated the call (from a human) and, second, the no-fuss approach to the refund.
Great service when the item I returned (after ordering the wrong thing) had been delivered back, but I wasn't auto refunded. So I rang and had A1 service from the female representative. She checked they had received it and issued the refund right then.Also great selection on the item I was after.
