Was looking for some last minute ski helmets. Honestly I wasn’t actually convinced that RXsport was a legit site at first, so I was hesitant to buy from them, especially because lots of the helmets listed were cheaper than anywhere else.However, I went ahead and ordered a few helmets because time was ticking. The delivery was fast, the returns process was simple and fairly priced and the refund was quick.Pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and will absolutely come back for any future ski related purchases!
Product arrived in great time. Sadly I had to return the product (no faults, just wrong size). When following up on my refund, Rachel in the customer support team was very friendly and helpful when assisting me in the refund process. Would 100% use this company again.
