I purchased some snowboarding boots during a holiday sale, but there were delays due to Customs. The team kept me updated throughout. On Christmas morning, I had a question about the boots, and a representative responded within minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. Now, I just need to convince my partner to let me buy a snowboard next! 😂
I ordered a wakeboard and the customer service reached out the next day to inform me it was out of stock, suggesting I choose a different board and pay the difference. They offered a discount on a newer version, which I appreciated, but it turned out to be misleading as it was available at the same price. After discussing this, we settled on a different board with a small discount, but it still cost more than my original order. The new board arrived quickly and looks good, but the service left much to be desired. I felt misled into spending more than intended.
I received fantastic service from a representative. I ordered snowboard boots online that were a bit small, and they called me to offer helpful advice. I'm currently returning them and have ordered a larger size. Highly recommend!
I made a payment via PayPal and waited over a week without any shipping updates. When I reached out, they requested proof of purchase, which was frustrating since the PayPal notification should suffice. It's shocking that they are still operating with such service.
